再来から数回
前菜をチェンジばかりしていたので
今回は本来の前菜に
色々なのを頂けるミストがやはり良いですね
パスタは牛肉のトマト煮込みのソース
あまりトマトソースの好みのところがないのですが
こちらのトマトソースはやはり絶品
今まではお魚でしたが、お肉も良いですね
どれも強すぎないのが本当に美味しい
コースはお魚チョイス
カジキマグロですもの
そりゃぁ即決です
運ばれて来てマスクを外すと
お魚の焼いた香りだわ〜と言う感じ
でも一口いただくと旨味のみ
オレンジといただくとまたコレ美味しいのなんのって
ハマります
そして可愛く盛り付けられているお野菜
このリーフがまたまたもの凄い良い歯触り
葉野菜のイメージ
ガリガリ、バリバリ、シャキシャキ
だけどこちらのはとにかく優しい歯触り
とてもとても心地いいです
コレまたハマります
と言うより毎回この葉物がは外せないなと
ドルチェ前にチーズ
今回は優しい感じをリクエスト
ゴルゴンゾーラとウォッシュにオレンジのジャム
このジャムマスタードシードとペペロンチーノが入っているそうなのですがチーズにめちゃくちゃ合う
どハマりです
ドルチェは
ヘーゼルナッツのジェラート、クレームブリュレとフルーツ
こちらもまた優しい
この強すぎない甘過ぎないのがホント最高です
