イマドキ@西麻布-もつ鍋もつ鍋、3連発。
どれだけ好きなんだ、という声が掛かりそうな事態になっていますね。
えぇ、好きなんです。
好きすぎて、友人の誕生パーティーをもつ鍋でお祝いしてしまいました。
勿論サプライズで個室。
西麻布はイマドキ。
正直、さすが西麻布だけあって歩いていくには陸の孤島。
今回は荷物も合ってタクシーで乗り付けたので関係ありませんでしたが。
これがこのお店最大にして唯一の弱点と知るのはこの後のことです。
知人より30分早く入って準備開始。
この時のお店の人の対応がすばらしかった。
というか、この日のお店の人の対応は終始すばらしかった。
久しぶりに気持ちの良い接客に出会いました。
丁寧で、迅速で、気持ちよい。
個室はいくつかあるようですが、この日利用したのは3階の個室。
階段が急で狭いので足元気をつけて。
天井も2m無い感じですから、これまた気をつけて。
間接照明に黒いソファーにBang&OlufsenのCDプレーヤーはなんともしっとり感漂う部屋です。
(が、扉は無いので大騒ぎは下の階に筒抜け！？)
さて、お料理ですが写真を撮る時間もありませんで、メインのもつ鍋だけ。
主賓のリクエストでいつもは頼まないさっぱり系を選択しました。
金のもつ鍋
デス。
ほのかな柚子の香りに、柚子胡椒で更に香りをプラス。
ついでにピリっとした味の締りを演出して、柚子胡椒ファンとしては満足。
さっぱりも意外といけますね〜
最後の細うどんもスルリと入って、思った以上に満足感がありました。
他に写真をとった料理は以下二つ。
左が、十色納豆で、右がごぼうチップス。
ごぼうチップスは美味しいけれど、他にもっと美味しいの知っているからなぁ。
ということで、料理は総じて平均点プラス。
でも雰囲気＆店員さんがとても良かったし、値段も安かったので是非また利用したいと思います。
