今回訪問したのはサンブーカ。六本木交差点のクラブ街付近のビル二階に位置します。
ガヤガヤしたこの深夜の六本木の雰囲気は何年来ても苦手だなあと思いながら入店。
店内は意外と落ち着いており、バーカウンターとテーブルで別れています。黒板メニューもしっかりしており、期待感漂う中料理をいくつかオーダー
真鯛のカルパッチョ からすみ
からすみの風味はそこまで強く感じないが、シンプルな美味しさ
焼きとうもろこしのポタージュ
今の時期はとうもろこしが旬なので、もう少し素材ベースでシンプルに甘さある構成だと嬉しいです。

麺は細くしっかりした食感でスープに近いさっぱりしたパスタ。安定に美味しさがあります
山形豚ロース肉のロースト
比較的山形県産と期待値もありましたが、普通の豚と言うところでしょうか。強すぎないバジルのソースと合わせます
全体的に素材ベースの美味しさと言う訳ではありませんが、安定的に深夜でご飯を頂くならこれ以上ないレベルの美味しさだなと感じました。
