先月利用しました。色々と残念だったので、辛口で申し訳ありませんがレビューを残します
まずは予約から:
もともと母の日に食べログをで予約をしていましたが、体調を崩してしまい2日前に翌週に変更しました。母の日当日にお店から電話が入り「お客様がお見えにならないようなのでお電話差し上げました」と。予約変更した旨を伝えても「あ、そうなのですね、では来週お待ちしております」で終了。ここですでにおや？と思いましたが、翌週気を取り直してお店へ。
コースとアラカルトも追加して、ワインもボトルで頼みました。お料理は正直、この値段でこれ？という感じで非常に残念でした。全体的に味が濃く、1番の衝撃はメインの豚肉でした。硬くてとても噛めない食感なのに中は生臭くて全員残しました。前菜のくまちゃんのモナカも一見可愛いと思いましたが、さすがにくまちゃんの頭にかぶりつくのには気が引けましたし、お祝い事には適していないと思いました。お魚もゴマダレとメニューには記載がありましたが、すりごまが大量にかかっている
だけで、タレはどこかしらと戸惑いました。
接客も問題ありです。ワインは説明ないまま無言で開けて、ついだグラスもそのまま、私たちで各自テーブルのはじっこから回収して乾杯。その後食事を運んでくださった別のスタッフも、何を持ってきたとか食べ方の説明は一切なく、無言で置いて去って行かれました。私たちが「これはないね」と言っていたのを聞いたのか、別のスタッフが常にテーブルのすぐ横でずっと待機…聞かれている気がして会話も楽しくできませんでした。その後は料理長と思われる方がカウンターからいらして、各ディッシュの説明をしてくださいました。
日曜のディナーなのに別の客はもう一組だけ。お店の雰囲気も、上品さやモダンさを出そうとして暗めだったのか、それが裏目に出て薄暗い空気が漂っていました。隣のナピュレの方が美味しくて接客もいいし、その日も賑わっていました。この値段ならもっと満足できるところが周りに山ほどあります。もうリピはないしおすすめはできません。
