名古屋守口漬の老舗・大和屋が母体である魚介味醂粕漬を主力とした料理店。
そろそろ焼魚が食べたいなと体が欲している時に、ミッドタウンに店舗が入っているのだから、迷わず入店。
銀ひらす、という白身の焼魚をメインにした定食だったが、食感はタラの類に似ているか。
品の良い味わい。
この店の御膳は、白米から16穀米に変更でき、ひじき煮や黒豆の小鉢もついていて有難い。
健康に配慮した食事を摂った気分になって、いざ出陣。
