初めての訪問です。
乃木坂『BANQUE（バンク）』にお邪魔しました。
地下にあるコチラのお店は入り口にインターフォンがあり、初めてだと入るのに戸惑うかも知れません。
巨大なワインセラーの間を抜けてテーブル席に通して頂き、白ワインとビールを注文。
料理は、イタリア産フレッシュグリーンオリーブ（700円）、ポテトの揚げたてチップス サマートリュフ添え（2600円）、鮮魚のカルパッチョ（2400円）、サマートリュフと生ハムとミモレットチーズのサラダ（3200円）、スパゲッティー (ペンネ) アラビアータ（1500円）、伊達鶏もも肉のロースト マスタードソース 240ｇ（2600円）を4名でシェアして頂きました。
ポテトの揚げたてチップス サマートリュフ添えは、運ばれてきたと同時にトリュフの素晴らしい香りが広がり、味は塩っ気が多くビールとの相性が抜群でした。
鮮魚のカルパッチョはこの日は真鯛でしたが、ハーブとイクラ、からすみが乗せられていてバランスが良く美味しい。
その後、赤ワインに飲み物を変えて、ペンネ、チキンと頂きましたが、どれも大変美味しかったです。
