「隠れ家フレンチ」への訪問は、まるで宝探しのようなワクワク感で満ちていました！ビルの地下に位置し、入り口の扉が船のようなデザインで、開け方が分からずワクワクしました。(ﾉ^_^)ﾉ
ボタンを見つけて押すと、自動扉が開き、中のスタッフが丁寧に案内してくれます。内装は半個室のような雰囲気で、プライベートな空間が広がっています。
今回は特別なコースではなく、通常のコースを楽しむことにしました。まずはキャビアと帆立のタルタルからスタート！見た目通りの贅沢な味わいで、帆立の旨みとキャビアの塩味が絶妙にマッチしています。( ˘⌣˘)♡
次に登場したのはフルーツのカプレーゼ。水々しいメロンとトリュフオイルの香りが特徴で、デザートのようなカプレーゼでした。そして、目の前でトリュフを削っている様子を期待していましたが、トリュフが乗った料理が運ばれてきました。クリーミーな味付けで、お好みで塩と胡椒をかけられるようになっていました。
オマール海老のアメリケーヌソースは、ぷりぷりの食感が美味しく、ソースまで堪能しました。また、フィレステーキも驚くほど柔らかく、付け合せの野菜も彩りよく添えられていました。
最後はカタラーナの登場！シャリシャリの氷ったプリン味で、口どけも良く、デザートとして完璧でした。
このお店は夜遅くまでワインバーとしても営業しており、豊富なワインリストが魅力的です。また、アラカルトのメニューも充実しているので、次回はバーでの利用も楽しみです。(∩^o^)⊃━☆ﾟ.*・｡
