六本木駅近くに焼魚の美味しいお店があると教えてもらい用事のついでに訪問。
六本木駅からTSUTAYAの方へ向かう芋洗坂の途中にあるビルの地下一階。一見普通の居酒屋。でも注文した厚切りしゃけの美味しさにビックリ。炭火の焼き台でじっくり焼かれたしゃけは表面は香ばしくバリッと。中はしっとりとジューシーで理想的な焼き方。
小鉢とかは付いていないけれど、この焼しゃけ食べに来る価値はあると思います。料理人の焼きの技術で美味しくしている良い例です。
ねぎとろユッケも美味しそうだったのでまたお邪魔したいと思います。
