The sashimi was thick and delicious! The squid and sea urchin Japanese dish was especially tasty, with the sea urchin being well-seasoned. I also tried negitoro Tempura for the first time, and it was delicious, a new sensation. The mentaiko omelette was full of mentaiko and had a soft, fatty texture.
