西麻布で食事の後、アフターバーとして気になっていたBAR Amberさんに訪問
所作も容姿もカッコイイ！女性バーテンダーさんがカウンター中央に立つ ミクソロジー バー
店内は明るめでオシャレな空間
わりとカジュアルにも使えそうですね。
カウンターは10席くらいかな、
個室やテーブルもありますね。
入店したのは早めの時間でしたが、次から次へと入店が続き、人気店ぶりが伺えます。
ここでは季節のフレッシュフルーツを使ったのカクテルや、フレッシュハーブを使ったオリジナルカクテルがおすすめですね。
今日の私はジンベースのカクテルでせめましたが笑
どれもすごく美味しかったです。
組み合わせやバランス、香りやアクセント、トータルで完成度の高い、どれも素晴らしいカクテルでした。
面白かったのが、
『ネグローニをいかがですか？』とのおすすめで、
サイコロを振り、出た目でジンとベルモットの組み合わせが決まると！

とても面白い体験を味わいました。
また近くで食事した後に、再訪したいと思いました。
少しだけ飲み足りないので、女性バーテンダーさんにおすすめのバーをきいたら、お友達の隠れ家バーを紹介頂き、再び夜の街へ…w
