人気グルメグロガーの @yoshimurakei さんに教えていただいたお寿司屋さん。気づかなかったが以前六本木に住んでいた時に近所で今日ランチ何食べようと食べログで調べて高得点なのでふらっと行ってみたら満席で入れなかったお店だった。
本マグロの大トロの砂づりからスタート。砂づりって腹の一番下のところらしいが少し炙ってあって柔らかく美味い。薄い味から濃い味へが基本かなと思いきやいきなりの濃い味でお出迎え。かなり美味しいので次から出てくるネタへの期待感が高まる。
全体感として単に握ったものだけでなく、ノドグロの焼いたものを乗せた握りや、ホタテをほぐしたものを載せた握りなど意図的にだろうけど冷たいものだけでなく温かいものも出してメリハリの効いたネタが出てくるのが特徴。どのネタも美味しかったが最初の砂づりに加えて赤みのヅケや、締めのトロたくなど鮪の旨さが際立つ。
全体的にレベルが高くかなり高い満足度だったが、食事全体で2時間くらいかかったのでランチはもう少し早いと助かるかも。また是非来たいと思えるお店。おすすめです！
