The Tabelog Award 2021 Bronze 受賞店の『江戸前鮓
すし通』へランチで伺いました。
こちらは5年連続Bronzeを受賞している実力店です。
場所は六本木駅より徒歩7～8分の所にあります。
接客サービスは、悪くないと思います。ただ大将は殆ど話されませんね。黙々と仕事をされてる感じでしたWWW
さて、昼なので握りのコースをお願いしました。シャリは、ものによっては小ぶりですが大き目の時も有りました。ちょっとバラけてたかもしれません。
なお、酢はさほどきつくないので誰でも食べ易い握りだと思います。
ただ、私的にはシャリとタネとの一体感が余り好きな感じではなかったというか何というかアレですが。。。。アレって何よ？？知らんけど笑笑
私的にはチョット余り好みのシャリでは有りませんでしたね。
あくまでも好みの問題ですね、好みのWWW
しかしながら昼にサラッとランチで食べるには良いと思います。
それにしても『蛸の卵の軍艦巻』は久しぶりに頂きましたが良かったです。中々食べられる所がありませんからね。
