お寿司は工夫が凝らされていて派手ではないですが、どれも美味しかったです。
下処理もしっかりされているのか不快な部分が一切ないお寿司ですね。

シャリは固めで赤酢で酸味が少し強めという印象。
どのネタも大きく口いっぱいに美味しいお寿司を頬張れますよ。
特に印象に残ったのはノドグロ、海老、ホタテです◎
中トロなども美味しかったですがシャリのお酢を強く感じてしまったので今回は落選ですね。

生のホタテは苦手ですが焼き上げた後に身を解したホタテは絶品でした。
ノドグロも分厚くカットされていたので大満足です！

正直東京にきて最初のお寿司だったので美化されている感は否めませんが、美味しかったのは間違いないと思います。笑
