日比谷線六本木駅のＡ２番出口を出て、少し歩いて右の横道へ。出雲大社東京分祠を過ぎ、その先に見えてきます。お店は静かな横道の中でひっそりと佇みながらも存在感があります。
平日昼に２人で初訪問しました。コースは3300円、6900円、１万100円の３種類。
まず最初にドリンクメニューだけを渡されます（お水は有料のみ）。ドリンクが運ばれた後に、フードメニューを渡され、説明を受けるというスタイルでした。

【メニューの印象】
●前菜
大きなお皿に７種類位の野菜やお肉、お魚がひと口サイズずつ華やかに盛られてます。
色々なお野菜の入ったバーニャカウダの内容は、「桃のすけ」という品種のピーチカブ、イタリアの初夏の野菜の花ズッキーニ、イタリアのグリーンピース、ホワイトアスパラなど。バーニャカウダソースはアンチョビの濃厚な味わいが贅沢でした。
このほか、熊本県の阿蘇のローストビーフは下に南イタリアのプーリア地方のチーズとの組み合わせ、土佐の赤牛の牛タン、イタリアパセリのソース添え、長崎・五島列島のクエのカルパッチョ、ソフトシェルシュリンプの揚げ物、熊本県産馬肉のタルタルと豪華です。
どれも美味しいですが、特に好みだったのはバーニャカウダのソースと海老の揚げ物です。
●次に、サラダが運ばれてきます。
このタイミングでサラダを提供するのは、お口直しのような意味合いでお出ししているとのことです。サラダは苦味の効いたハーブ野菜がふんわり盛られてます。
楽しいのは、好みのオリーブオイルとビネガーを選べること。案内されたものはどれも個性的で、普段目にしないようなものばかり。組み合わせを選んだあとは、店員さんがしっかりと混ぜ合わせてくれます。
●パスタは「鰯カヴァティエッディ」と「羊ストリケッティ」
「鰯カヴァティエッディ」は鰯とウイキョウとレーズンのオイルベースのショートパスタ。パスタは強いコシがあり、噛み締めるたびに小麦の風味を味わえ、とても美味しい。鰯の旨味と塩気ある味付けがよく合います。
「羊ストリケッティ」は、蝶々が羽根を休めたような形状のショートパスタで、卵とトマトとイタリアンパセリをそれぞれ練り込んだ３色の３種類がお皿に彩られてます。
羊が有名な牧場からの羊肉で、白ワインと香味野菜と一緒に煮込んであります。羊肉は全く臭みがありません。
●ドルチェ
５種類位から選べます
２人で「無花果とナッツのタルト」と「チョコレートケーキ」を選びました。見た目通りの美味しさです。
ただ、分量は非常に少なめです。チョコレートケーキはカットが細過ぎて、横に寝かせてお皿に盛られてました。
●カフェ
エスプレッソか紅茶のどちらかを選べます。エスプレッソをいただきました。
【感想】
店内は６テーブルくらいの小じんまりとしてますが、非常に高級なお店です。料理はもちろん、お皿も美しく、目でも楽しませてくれます。
パスタは４種類から選べます。細長い麺や黒色の豆を練り込んだ麺のほか、短いものやカラフルなもの。それぞれのソースも４種類違っていました。
今回はソースをメインに好きな具材で選びましたが、麺がとにかく絶品。前菜もパスタもイタリアの食材と調味料などをふんだんに味わえる贅沢な時間を堪能できます。
