会食で個室利用させて頂きました。お料理の説明もタイミングを上手く見計らって最小限に。
春らしくブッラータの桜の香り使用からはじまり、ホワイトアスパラとたまごも春っぽく。
クエのトマトソースベースのタリアッテッレはイタリアではクエ食べなそうなのですが、日本の食材を本場のイタリアのシェフはこんな感じで調理するんだろうな、という感じのいい塩梅のパスタでした。
その次の最小ラビオリはシンプルなんだけどチーズがまたさりげなくいい仕事をしていて絶妙。
メインのシャトーブリアンは火の入れ加減が絶妙。塩味はやや強い。
デザートはワゴンから選びましたが、どれも美味しそうでした！
ワインを4ボトル入れました。ドンピシャという感動はなかったのでマリアージュという感じではないけど、単体で美味しいワインをお薦めいただきました。
