パワーアップ
日本を代表するブランド牛、松阪牛と佐賀牛中心に、高級和牛を厳選。どのお肉も大きく切り分けられ、食べ応えと豊富なメニュー数が特徴的なんです。
今回、“炭で焼くのが1番美味しい”というタンを『タン尽くしコース』で堪能しました。
6種のタンと前菜、特選和牛のハラミや希少部位が登場。
名和牛のヘルシーなタンに、
赤身と脂のコクが融合した山形牛のヒウチは、また厚みもあり、リッチな味わいがコントラスト✴︎
国産米と米麹のみ使用の生マッコリ、
「#虎マッコリ」とも好相性でした。
お席は半個室が2つのメインダイニングとなります。
