会社帰りに、コロナ自粛状況も気になって訪問
料理はいつもどれも美味しく、何か、をお願いしなくても、
気分や好みに合わせて出してくれます
魚、肉、野菜、、、、、なんでもあり。
その中でも毎度食べるものは、、、、
1. シーザーサラダ
パルミジャーノレッジャーノのホールチーズの上で、
生クリームとお野菜を混ぜてくれるこのサラダは、
見た目も味も最高です。もう何回食べたか……
2. 自家製焼きたてパン
お腹がこなれてきた頃に出してくれるこのパン。
無塩バターとシチリア産の蜂蜜も出してくれて、
熱々のパンにつけて食べれば幾らでも行けちゃう！
他にもあるけど………これは必須！

仲良くさせて頂いているのでソコソコの頻度で利用させて頂いています。
今回は、取引先のお客様をお連れしました。
メニューは、いつも通りオススメですが、必ず先に苦手なものが無いか確認してくれます。
状況に合わせてメニューを可変してくれるのも気配りですね。
この日は前菜に始まり、魚、野菜、パン、お肉、とフルコース。
お客様も量と味に驚きつつ、お酒も進んでいました。
楽しんでもらえてよかった！
