DrinkJointly developed original potato shochu “39-THANKYOU-”
This is a new kind of potato shochu jointly developed by Nagasaki prefecture's "Umegaeda Sake Brewery", Roppongi's restaurant "Hiizuru", and the model "Rikachu"♪ Potato shochu is slowly aged in brandy barrels for about 2 years. This is a type of shochu that has never been seen before. By storing and maturing in brandy barrels, the resulting shochu has an amber color and gorgeous aroma reminiscent of Western liquor, as well as the deep sweetness unique to potatoes. The alcohol content is pre-prepared to 14%, so even those who don't like alcohol can enjoy it.
