久しぶりにつけ麺が食べたいと思いこちらのお店へ。
お店の名前は有名で知っていましたが初めての利用で濃厚肉増しつけ麺を注文しました。
ラーメンとしてはまずまずの価格設定ですが、麺は同じ金額で増量できる仕組みでたくさん食べれる人にはお得感のあるサービスです。
節系の魚介の味が効いたつけ汁は旨味が強くて濃厚で、平たい太麺に負けない味わいで美味しかったです。
太麺だとゴワゴワした食感のお店もあったりしますが、こちらはチュルッとした食感と太麺ならではの食べ応えがあり、流石人気店と感じました。
塊のチャーシューもジューシーな仕上がりで味や風味もしっかりしていて肉増しにして正解でした。
今回は中盛にしましたが、次回は大盛に挑戦したいと思います。
