旬のおすすめをずらっとと並べてくれました。
この日のおすすめから
毛蟹、牡蠣、カワハギを選び頂きました。
毛蟹は、身が甘くて美味しかった。
カワハギは、肝しょうゆで頂きましたが、
白ワインと合わせて、最高でした。
牡蠣も身は小ぶりな方でしたが、美味しかった！
白子、本ししゃも。本ししゃもは初めて食べました、こんなにふっくらしてるんだと感激！身はほろほろとれて美味しかったです。
中トロは、もう少し薄く切ってあるとより
美味しいと思いました。
そのあとは、鮨を握りで頂き、
雲丹、いくら、穴子、とろたく、たまごをおつまみで、汁物は蛤のお吸い物を頂きました。
デザートは、メロンを。
他にシーズンもので栗のプリンなどもありました。
駅やホテルから近いなど、立地が良く、
利便性が良いので使いやすいお鮨屋さんだと
