■豚バラと茄子の青唐辛子ペペロンチーノ¥980（税込）
麻布十番や六本木に展開する『ビストロ チック』や『アジト』など、港区を中心にさまざまな飲食店を手掛ける株式会社LIVE CREATEの手掛ける『クッチーナ イタリアーナ アリア 六本木』。乃木坂の裏手にあり、隠れ家感満載です。
平日のランチタイムに訪問。界隈のビジネスマンたちで賑わい満席。7分ほど待って入店です。ランチメニューは、パスタをベースにサラダ、デザートなどを追加するごとに課金されるシステムです。
シンプルなパスタメニューで、「豚バラと茄子の青唐辛子ペペロンチーノ」を選択。こだわりの生パスタは、自家製麺。低加水麺でもちもちとした食感を保ちながらも歯切れの良さが特徴的。必要以上にもちもちとしていなくて、美味しい麺です。ソースもオイルベースのシンプルなペペロンチーノ。豚バラの旨みが相まった仕上がり。青唐辛子の辛さがピリッと効いているのもいい。
ドリンクが付いて¥980。麺のボリュームもそれなりにあり、おなかもいい感じに満たされました。
