このお店は新橋店も含め、よく利用しています。
接待にも友人達との宴会にも使用しています。
接待使いと宴会での注文の違いは、刺身を頼むかどうか。
新鮮な刺身は美味しいのですが、ちょっと値段が高めです。
最後の〆に鯛の刺身を使った宇和島流の鯛めしを頼むので、宴会では刺身はパスしています。
今回は友人３名との宴会。
友人達はこの店初めての人達なので、定番でのオーダーです。
七輪焼き宇和島じゃこ天：テーブルで自分で温め直して食べます。
旬野菜の麦みそバーニャカウダー：量があるので、食事の合間、合間につなぎになります。
太刀魚まき：太刀魚を細い竹に巻いて焼いた料理
だし巻きたまご：白い黄身のたまごを使用しているとの事。
鯛のあら炊き：このお店での一番のお勧め。大量に鯛を使用するので、鯛のあらも大量にでてくるのでしょうか、このボリュームはCP良しです。
今回は以上に加えて鯛めしをオーダーしました。宇和島流の鯛めしは鯛の刺身を卵入りの出しに漬けて、それをご飯の上に乗せます。この時に、気を付けるのが、鯛の身だけをまずはご飯の上に乗せてから、適量に出しをかける事です。出汁が濃いので、鯛の身と一緒に出汁を注ぐと、非常に濃い事になってしまいます。
若者が多ければ、せんざんき（愛媛風鶏の唐揚げ）を上記に追加すれば十分だと思います。
このお店はコースよりも、上記の宇和島地元料理でオーダーする事がお勧めです。そうするとCPは良いと思います。
