六本木通りから1本入ったところで、
沖縄料理屋さんを発見。
よし新規開拓だ～と2階に上がると、ありました。
『沖縄ダイニング びたろー』
ランチは定食もの中心のようですが、
表の黒板メニューにあった文字が気になって。。。
正体がわからないまま頼みましたが、
唐揚げ定食であることは、間違いない。うん。
「アーサ衣の鶏唐揚げ定食」（1,000円）
沖縄そばともずく付きです。
アーサ？
待ってる間にスマホで調べたところ、
アーサとは、、ヒトエグサやアオサなどの藻で、
アーサ汁という沖縄郷土料理にも使われるそうな。
アオサのことかな。^^
衣にアーサをまぶすと、
ちょっとだけ香ばしさがでるのかな。
唐揚げはけっこうたっぷりとありました。
そもそも、店名のびたろーって何だろう？
こちらも調べると、、、なるほど。
フエダイのことらしい（方言ですね）
雑居ビルの2階にある沖縄ダイニングびたろーさんで、
海の香りの唐揚げ定食。
