The restaurant's name, "Bitaro," is an Okinawan dialect word meaning a fish called striped snapper. In addition to dishes using this Bitaro, the menu includes Okinawan specialty dishes such as Goya Ch
...anpuru, Rafti, and Okinawa Soba. There are also many types of Awamori available, including precious alcohol with outstanding aroma and flavor, such as "Kusu," which is aged for more than three years. Cocktails using Awamori are also very popular! There are tables available for parties, as well as counter seats, so please feel free to come by even if you are alone.
