職場のすぐご近所の沖縄料理屋さんなので、
以前からこのお店のことは知っていて、近いといつでも行けると思って行けずじまいだったこちらのお店。
なんか、とっても沖縄そばの気分でお昼休みに訪れました。
私、沖縄に通い詰めてる人で、沖縄本島南部からやんばるまで沖縄そばはそうとう食べまくっている人です。
13時ちょうどくらいの店内にはカウンター席に3人の先客がいるだけでした。
ミニタコライスとのセットと迷ったけど、
もし量が多くて食べ切れなかったらとも思って、
沖縄そば単品(900円税込み)にしました。
注文から2分くらいで着丼。
黄金色のスープの上には三枚肉が2切れと沖縄のかまぼこが2切れ、紅生姜、薄焼き卵の短冊切り、青ネギの小口切りのトッピング。
スープが美味しい！時間をかけて豚と鶏がらで煮込んで
かつおで仕上げた出汁とのことですが、
あっさりした中に深みのあるとても好きなタイプのスープです。
麺は沖縄県内のスーパー、サンエーとかマックスバリューとかでよく売ってるサン食品とかの麺とほぼ同じようなちぢれ麺でした。可もなく不可もなくといったところ。
私的にはもっと硬いコシのある麺が好きなんですが…。
三枚肉は普通に美味しかったですが、もうちょっと厚みがあったらなぁ。ちょっと薄い。
薄焼き卵の短冊切りのトッピング。これは私にはとても嬉しいトッピング。
全体的には美味しいスープによって良いまとまりのある
沖縄そばでした。
量は普通かな？やっぱりミニタコライスが付いてるセットにして貰えばよかったなぁとちょっと思いました。
そして、デザートということかな？
大好物ちんすこうが付いていました。
こういうの嬉しいですね。
そうこうしているうちに、次から次からこの時間でもお客さんが来店されて、気が付いたらほぼ満席でした。
人気店なんですね。
ごちそうさまでした。
次はミニタコライス付きにします。
ゴーヤチャンプルー定食も食べたいな。
