この日は鮨さいとうでオフ会があったのだが
準備があったので早くきてB1をうろついてみた。
ふと見ると、「さんて寛」！
ここは「きじ」の丸の内店のオーナー・戸田さんおのお店。
丸の内の「きじ」といえば美味しいのはもちろんだが、
毎日行列が絶えないことで有名。
ふと中をのぞくと戸田さんが自ら焼いてるでありませんか。
一瞬躊躇しましたが、急にお腹がすいてきたので入ってみました。
お好み焼きなのに結構外国の方が多かったのには驚きました。
記事もそうなんですが、焼いて持ってきてくれすので
洋服に臭いがあまり移らないのでいい。
カウンターに案内され、注文は焼きそば。
目の前で戸田さんの手捌きを見ながら、
次は俺のか？あ～このつぎか～！
などと自分の分が出来上がるのを待つ。
出来上がったのは、
これでもか！と九条ネギのかかった焼きそば。
コシのある太めの麺に豚肉と甘めのソースが合いますね。
味が濃いので九条ネギがいい仕事してます。
美味いですね～
戸田さんに会うのも4年ぶりくらいか。
途中で気が付いてこちらに来られたので少しお話ししましたが、
戸田さんのお好み焼きは美味しいですね。
ホントならネギ焼や豚玉も食べたかったのですが、
この後があるので我慢しました。
是非またゆっくりお邪魔したいです。

焼きそば見たらちょっと食べたくなりました。
友人も食べたいというので寄ってみました。
こんなオムそば、なかなかないです。
