"Sujiyaki" is a popular dish made by adding tender beef tendon that has been simmered for 8 hours to Okonomiyaki. The flavor of the melted fat in the dough and the flavor of the eggs and green onions on top are exquisite! We also recommend "Modern Yaki" ◎ Our Modern Yaki uses chewy noodles shipped directly from Osaka. There are two versions: "Kijiryu Modern Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)", which is yakisoba grilled with dashi soup stock and eggs, and "Osaka Modern Yaki", which is a combination of okonomiyaki and Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), so choose the one you like♪
