男性女性プランがあり、女性プランで。
18時で予約したのですが、システムエラーなのか
お店側のミスなのかは不明なのですが、
我々の控えには18時と記載されてたのが、
店側には18時半と。
お店に着いた時にそれが判明しまして…
お肉が焼き上がるのに15分程、かかるのですが…
と説明がありましたが、120分で90分L.O。
それで最初の15分余計にお肉を待たないと
ダメなの？となりまして…
店員さんに、焼き上がったお肉がサーブされてから
90分スタートじゃダメですか？ちょっと流石に…
と少し低めに笑 言ってみたら、対応してくれた
スタッフの方がそうですよね…確認致しますと。
で、◯◯様の仰る様にお肉をサーブしてから
90分で大丈夫です。この度は申し訳ありません。
と、何と素敵な対応。これには、
一緒に行った友人と笑顔で、ありがとうございます。
とお礼を申し上げました。
で、サラダバーから新鮮なお野菜や
副菜などをチョイスして席へ。
カプレーゼ、ナスのマリネなどなど。
そしたらお肉が焼き上がった様で
ジャンジャン来ました笑
骨付きチキン、ソーセージ、ハラミ、
バラ肉、ランプ、イチボ、クッピン、
黒毛和牛、ガーリックステーキ、海老、
焼きパイナップルなどなど。
とにかくお肉はジューシーで柔らかく、
元々塩が効いてるのか卓上にあるソースはほぼ使わず笑
焼きパイナップルはシナモンが結構効いてたので、
1番最初のカットされたやつは甘すぎた笑
ポンデケージョや削りたてのチーズなどを
プラスして取り、終始肉祭り笑
ラストオーダーを聞かれた時は、
ハラミ、イチボ、ランプをお願いして
デザートを取り…ブラジル風プリンや
パンナコッタなどなど。
19時頃から外国人のお客様が
多く来られてました。土地柄かな？
それでもしっかりしたサービス、
お肉の質、サラダバーの質もとてもよかったので、
大満足。リオグランデのランチは
ディナーよりシュラスコのプランが
リーズナブルなので、今度はランチで
行ってみたいかなぁ〜。
とても良い時間を過ごせました。
