【料理】メニュー表的にはかなり心躍るラインナップ！どれも食べてみたい感じ！注文したのは
・肉3種盛り
・前菜3種盛り
・牛たんカツレツ
・舞茸フリット
・牡蠣のアヒージョ
まず肉。3種盛り出てくるまで時間かかった割に冷たい（温かいメニューではないのか？）
3種はメニュー表に部位の記載がないのでその時々で変わるのかな？今回ひとつが「トモバラ」でこれはアラフォーの私には脂身すぎて無理だった、、、が他は柔らかくジューシーでとてもおいしかった！さすが店名に「肉」と謳うだけある！
牛タンカツレツがかなりドーンと大きいのが２つでインパクトにびっくり（写真撮り忘れたのが残念…）柔らかくて美味しかった！けどホントに牛タン？ホロホロ肉という感じで歯応えのあるいわゆるタン感はなく。
牡蠣のアヒージョはなんだかとても独特な匂いがして初の心地。味は卒なく。
もし次回行くなら肉は盛り合わせじゃなく食べたい部位の単品で注文してみたい！
【ワイン】店名「肉とワイン」というのにイマイチ。グラスワイン700〜900円ほどの割にグラスが安物感すぎるのがまず残念、、かつラインナップがあまり肉向きではないような。赤白4種類くらいずつあったので軽め〜しっかりと違いの幅を持たせてほしい。
ワインセラーは小部屋があって勝手に入って選ぶスタイル。詳しい説明書きもなく、店員の説明もないのでワインに詳しい人向きかな、、
【その他】あらかじめ予約しての土曜日訪問。何組もウォークイン（予約無し）で来て満席で断られていたので、普段は割とその日いきなりでも行きやすい店なのかも。六本木で突発的な時用に覚えておくと良さそう！
【懸念点】カウンター内のバースペースにスタッフが1人で、来客〜ご案内、注文受け、ドリンクメイク&運び、とホール接客を一人でこなしてるので、元々は接客が悪いわけではないだろつに満席となると実質忙しすぎて手が行き届かない感が否めない。料理はキッチンスタッフが運んで来るが基本接客は一人ってのは大変そうだったなぁ。
【総合的な感想】2人で24000円ほどだったので、客単価1万超えるなら接客の質とグラスワインのセレクトが良い店にしたい。あまり飲まず、サクッと肉を食べる目的での使い方が良さそう！
