こちら、百名店巡りにて、休日夜に食べログネット予約にてお伺いしております。中に入ると席は128と大きめな店舗。六本木一丁目駅近く、高級感ある内装のステーキ店です。
こちらでは、ランチ一番人気、税込3,200円の「ハンガーコース」と「自家製レモンスカッシュ」を頼んでおります。
その注文のコース、まずは「自家製ポップオーバー」、シュークリーム生地のような空洞のパンで、大きくてインパクトがあります。塩加減絶妙で、生クリーム上のバターをつけても美味しいです。そして、ミディアムレアを選択したメインのステーキは、周り焦げ目がつくほど焼き上がられており、中はレア気味。塩、ステーキソース、バター、どれをつけても良い味わいで、美味しく頂きました。ですが、このコース標準のお肉150gだと、流石に少し物足りないかもしれません。あとは「特製レモンスカッシュ」も、甘さと酸味控えめの良い味わいです。
また、次回違った肉の種類も試してみようと思います。ごちそうさまでした！
