We are as particular about the ingredients as possible, and mainly use vegetables grown in Chiba Prefecture and vegetables with reduced pesticides. The chicken we use is Honke Hinai chicken raised in the great outdoors at Abe Poultry Farm in Akita Prefecture. In all of them, you can see the loving face of the producers.
