■鳥刺し ササミのユッケ
あまじょっぱいタレがササミに絡まり、お酒が進みそうな一品！選りすぐりのササミを使用しているため鶏肉独特の臭みは一切ありません。鳥刺しメニューは他にトリワサ、梅肉和えがありそちらも気になります！
■比内地鶏の串
大ぶりの比内地鶏が余分な脂はしっかり落とし、旨味はしっかり残す、メリハリのある串たちでした。美味しかったな〜、その中でも1番印象的だったのが手羽先！表面はパリッとジューシーな肉汁が溢れ出します。山椒を付けて香りを楽しみながらいただきました。
■限定生親子丼&鶏スープ
比内地鶏がゴロゴロ入っている親子丼は飲めるほどトロトロ！白濁したとろみのある鶏スープはかなり濃厚で〆にぴったりです！どれくらい煮込んでいるんだろう、鶏の旨味が凝縮されてて美味しい〜！
六本木駅から歩いてすぐの場所にありアクセス良好！カウンター席と個室があるので、デート、接待にもおすすめです。
