It's been a while since I've had sushi in Nishiazabu. Today we all went to a restaurant recommended by an acquaintance. We took the elevator at the back of the building to the 2nd floor and went to Sushi Kaishin. The restaurant was bright, clean, well-organized, and pleasant. At this point, I made a mistake. We have decided on a delicious restaurant. I was thinking that the Thai and red shellfish sashimi and yellowtail shabu were delicious, but then the next dish came, which was a mix of cod milt and egg that I tried for the first time.It was so delicious that I wanted to give a high five to the chef who was glad I came. The yellowfin tuna was excellent, and the texture of the filefish was also very good.After finishing the course, I was very impressed with the careful work of the sardine sushi that I received as an additional dish.In the end, I had toro taku, and this is the first time I've had toro taku as sushi. We all had a fun sushi dinner talking about who the genius was.
