本日は仕事のつかの間のランチです。最近「和飲」もよく使っていたがその隣にひっそりと地下へ導く階段がある。浸入するとそこが「楮山」さんだ。
品の良いエントランスは和調。たしかに本日のランチのチョイスもラフテーが選択でき、そこからもコンセプトを伺えるが、夜はもっぱら高級店になるらしいから1500円のコスパの良いランチはお値打ちもんと言える。
さて、全室個室の店内では上が開いていて賑やかな客はそれなりにしっかりその存在感を感じながらのランチだがまずはご飯セットが運ばれそのあとにメインメニューと言う配膳パターン。
自分はラフテー(豚の角煮)と同僚は生姜焼のチョイス。角煮はバラ肉の上品な甘さに焼酎がしっかりと臭みを消しながら厚めの肉を奥までホロホロに仕上げているのが旨い。全ての材料にもこだわりを感じる。
角煮は二口目で残り全部をガッツリ頬張るのも楽しみ方の一つだと思うが自分は少しずつ楽しませていただこう。
ちょっと一人考え事をしながら利用するのもアリなお店なのかな？と自分の中に整理しお店をあとにした。
