The cuisine is made using the experience gained from training in both Japanese Cuisine and French cuisine cuisine. We are particular about using domestic ingredients, and offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages and wines. We would like to create cuisine that can only be enjoyed at Kajiyama, without being limited by terms such as Japanese-style meal or Western Western Cuisine.
