"Kajiyama", which I have used several times. I'm also happy to hear that Hiroki and Hakkaisan offer all-you-can-drink options. Started with chawanmushi with grilled conger eel on top. This is a masterpiece that is well seasoned. Next was the beef cheek pie wrap. The deliciousness of the chewy beef cheek meat jumps out from inside. When the boiled Simmered dish come out, the sake accelerates. This flavor has a perfect balance. The yellowtail sashimi went very well with the jelly-like thing on top. Boiled whole squid with fava beans. This is a seasonal dish that is perfect for drinking. I get excited when a venison Steak is served at a game game. This might have been good with red wine. At the end is cooked rice with scorched rice. The volume is just right so far. It wasn't long until the last strawberry dessert. I will definitely visit again.
