乃木坂と六本木駅の真ん中くらい。
ちょっと駅から遠いので時間には余裕を持って！
この日はイノセントコースを頂きました。
はじめに今日使うお肉です！
と、ドドーンと肉の塊が…
この時点でワクワクが止まらない！
お料理は和牛の先付けからスタート！☺️
松坂牛の生ハムといちご、マスカルポーネ、そして仕上げにハチミツ！！
生ハム、いちご、マスカルポーネ、ハチミツとそれぞれの味が良すぎた…
マスカルポーネはヨーグルトのようでイチゴの酸味ととハチミツの甘さでデザートみたい！
と思いきやそこに塩気の生ハム…
美味しすぎました。
続いて和牛お刺身2種！
ユッケが特に美味しすぎた…
生肉好きなので大歓喜！
仕上げには目の前でトリュフを削って下さいました☺️
そしてなんと！大根のべったら漬けが隠れています。シャキシャキ食感でかなりアクセントになってて美味しかった。
和牛メンチカツ根室産の雲丹のせ
あつあつサクサクのメンチカツに雲丹がてんこ盛りに！！
こんな贅沢なメンチカツ初めて頂きました
キムチの王様
その名の通り美しすぎる見た目…
なんとこのまんまるにまとめられた白菜キムチの中にはにマグロ、帆立、鯛、エビが入ってます！
なんて贅沢なキムチ…
松の実も入っていて珍しいなと思いました☺️
無農薬リーフのムスクランサラダ
シンプルなサラダですがごま油の香りが増して塩加減も絶妙でシャキシャキ野菜を楽しめました☺️
焼き物はテーブルで焼いていた下さいました。
黒毛和牛タン元 厚切り
綺麗なピンク色の断面…
柔らかすぎてびっくり…
シャトーブリアン
赤み3種はシンシン、ハラミ、カメノコ
最後に特選 霜降り和牛すき焼き
松坂牛のリブロースを使用。贅沢すぎる…
そして一緒に焼かれたネギがまたたまらない…
甘すぎてびっくりしました。
溶いた卵黄の中に卵黄が！
これもまた珍しい…
白米の有無を選べますが残ったタレと卵で卵かけご飯にしてください！！
締めは冷麺、ガーリックライス、カレーから選べます。
私はガーリックライスに。こんなシンプルで美味しいの不思議…作り方教えて欲しかったです(笑)
デザートは季節のフルーツとかき氷。
ほうじ茶ミルクとバルサミコいちごから選べました。
ほうじ茶にしましたがミルク感もあり美味しかった…
最後に紅茶かコーヒーを。
本当に大満足なコースでした。
ちなみにノンアルコールの葡萄ジュース美味しかったです。
お腹いっぱいになるのでお腹空かせていきましょう☺️
