日本で初めて25000円以上のコース料理を食べました。これまで、このような価格帯の店は、ほとんどが子供を受け入れないため、訪れたことがありませんでした。店は地下鉄駅から少し遠く、六本木を通り抜けて多くの住宅地域を通って到着しました。店に入ると、肉の冷蔵庫とオープンキッチンが見えました。それはまるでヨーロッパ風のワインバーのようで、とても居心地がよかったです。私たちは店内のオープンな個室に案内され、サービスが提供されました。オマカセを注文しましたが、参考にする小さなメニューも用意されていました。
まず最初に、高級なステーキと非常に伝統的な牛タンが出されました。最初の前菜は生ハムで、2番目はウニが包まれた牛肉のスライスでした。それから、揚げた牛肉、生牛肉と魚卵のご飯が出されました。西洋の環境でありながら、和風と洋風の要素が混ざり合った牛肉料理が提供されるのは素晴らしいと思いました。日本料理の技法は牛肉の風味を引き立てるのに最適です。続いて焼肉や焼き牛ステーキが出されました…最後にはすき焼きがありました。日本料理を最後にするこのアレンジが好きです。デザートはかき氷とフルーツでした。全体的に、非常に快適で、多くの外国人観光客も訪れます。残念なことに、サービススタッフは多いものの、専任ではありません。私たちのサービススタッフは別のテーブルからの要求に忙しく、私たちのすき焼きが遅れることになりました。結局、食事はほぼ3時間かかりました。
