長谷川北斗シェフの素敵な接客態度と考え方にははっと思わされることがあり、大変勉強になりました。
コースは7品と多いわけではありませんが、一つ一つがとても美味しかったです。
三田牛のカルパッチョはトマトと柿と合わせて。柿とお肉の相性がとても良くて驚きました！
特にポルチーニのパスタが絶品で、今まで食べた中でも群を抜いて美味しかったです…！
憧れのお店のひとつ、伺えて光栄でした。
