西麻布にある超別予約困難店のグルマンディーズさん。
常連さんにお誘い頂き、初訪問。
最初のブリニから心鷲掴み
ベニエもサラダとの相性が絶妙
三田牛のカルパッチョもシンプルだけど濃厚で秀逸
海老のパスタで感動して
三田牛の火入れに度肝抜かされて
チーズケーキも美味しすぎた
最初から最後まで心鷲掴みにされっぱなし。
お客様と会話もしながら、ちょうどいいタイミングで料理の提供、水が無くなったら注いでくださり、三田牛に至ってはフライパンであの火入れ。
これをワンオペでやられている事が凄過ぎて語彙力失う。
唯一無二すぎる。
僕の中では人生最高のお店。
また必ず伺いたい。
