ディナーで初めて伺ったのですが、店内は清潔感のあるスタイリッシュな空間で、入った瞬間に素敵だなと思いました。今日の料理に期待大です！
席はカウンター席と奥のテーブル席、個室もあります。今日は奥のテーブル席に。壁側はソファーになっており、女性が座るのに良いですね♪
料理はシェフのお任せにしてもらいました。
アミューズで、フォアグラのブリュレにティオペペを使ってコンポートにした無花果とメルバが添えて
ありました。ブリュレのパリパリ感とフォアグラ、無花果の甘さがとても良かったです。
前菜はオマール海老とホタテのムースのテリーヌ。
そのまま食べても美味しかったのですが、オマールのソースと付けて食べると更に美味しい
メインは子羊とフォアグラのパイ包み焼き。ソースはトリュフのソースでした。お肉もクセがなく食べやすく、全体のバランスがとても良かったです。ソースは特に上品で、お酒の風味もありバケットに付けて綺麗に頂きました。
デザートはプラムのタルト。盛り付けはシンプルでしたが、甘過ぎない感じが食後にはピッタリ。
お茶も、紅茶やハーブティー、緑茶等十種類くらいから選べるこだわり。最後まで満足出来ました。
