オーセンティックな王道フランス料理
レソール。
六本木駅から7.8分。ミッドタウンをこえて
メルセデスカフェの裏あたりになります。
閑静な住宅街の中にあるフレンチです。
清潔感のあるオープンキッチン。
カウンター席もあり、気軽にも楽しめます。
一人の方もいらっしゃいました。
私達はテーブル席。
テーブルクロスが敷いてあり
かしこまってます。背筋が伸びますね。
今夜は15000円のコース
本格的フレンチとしては比較的コスパがいい。
しかし、とても丁寧な仕事を感じられ
素晴らしいお料理を堪能いたしました。
乾杯シャンパン付きなので、
まずは、ペリエジュエで乾杯。
お料理はどれもザブレンチといった感じって
王道ながらも端端で個性が光り
見た目も美しく、個性が光るものでした。
フォアグラはめちゃくちゃ大きく
ステーキみたいでした。
合わせて頂いたワインのペアリングも
最高で、本当に幸せな時間でした。
