丁度雲丹の季節。雲丹に力を入れている六式さん。
今回もまた3種の産地の食べ比べ。岩手のキタムラサキ雲丹、青森のムラサキ雲丹、北海道のムラサキ雲丹。
私の1番はここの大将しか手に入れる事の出来ない青森のムラサキ雲丹！
さっぱりしてるのにトロ〜っとしていて、最高でした！
