友人から教えて貰って、初めて訪問しました。
私は、握りがいきなり出てきて終わってしまうのは好きではありません、
つまめる料理がいくつか出てきてから握りと言うのが好きです。
つまみも単なる刺身が出てくるお店は好きではありません。
どんなに新鮮でも、魚の切り身を醤油やワサビ、生姜で食べ続けるのも嫌いです。
塩、レモン、その他。塩味を足すにも工夫があると思います。
このお店はカウンターでないテーブルで予約した場合、個室が用意されるようです。
そして、個室担当の人もとてもこまやかなサービスをして下さいます。
運ばれてきたお料理や刺身はとても良かったです。
握りのシャリの加減、ネタの大きさ、食べ方も満足でした。
そして、握りが続くのではなく、おつまみが出て、握り、小料理が出て、握り、またおつまみが出て握り、と言った具合の出し方をします？
シャリが続いて重く感じることもなくおつまみや小料理も変化に富んでおり、とても楽しめました。
お値段もとてもお手頃でした。
お気に入りのお店として加えさせていただくことにしました。
