非常に評価の高い中華として有名な当店。
予約しやすかったので、試しに来店してみました。
席はカウンターのみ、やや暗めの店内で、落ち着いた雰囲気です。
予約された客が揃ったところで、一斉スタート。
品数は多いですが、少量の盛り付けとなっており、多くの品目を楽しめるようになっています。
肝心の味付けは、奇をてらったような物はないものの、王道の味付けでもなく、新しさとのバランスが取れています。
さらに、最初から最後まで、どの品も「また食べたいな」と思わせるインパクトと安定感が融合していました。
カウンターで同じような中華を出すお店が都内では多いですが、値段設定も他に比べると低めなのも好印象。
予約取りやすく、かつ美味しく新鮮味のあるお店で、是非また訪問させて頂きたいと思いました。
