中華料理というと量が多いので品数は沢山食べることができないのが定説です。でも、ここなら30品目近く食べられますよ。
今回特に美味しかったのは、次の料理です。
上海蟹の酔っ払い蟹…甘さが最高！
モウカザメのフカヒレご飯トリュフかけ…ご飯大盛りもできますよ！
伊勢海老のチリソース…アメリケーヌソースベースでエビが活きる！ニラ玉インで美味しいおつまみになる
蝦夷鮑の炒めもの…蝦夷鮑ですが、しっかりアワビの食感を楽しめました
皮蛋豆腐…最初に出てきて衝撃的な一皿でした。生姜がポイント
北京ダック…カダイフとクルミ飴で未知なる旨さが押し寄せる
よだれ牛…スペシャリテです。和牛が美味しい！
どれも美味しい料理です。
久しぶりに食べたアヒルの舌は柔らかくて美味しかった。
山椒アイスは生クリームがザラつき食感に変わる不思議な体験をできました。
燕の巣で綺麗になれるかな。
中国酒には度数が高いものもあるため、ペアリングはご遠慮しちゃいました。
