店内はコの字カウンター12席。
2日前に予約しました。ミシュラン獲得店ですが、予約は取りやすいイメージです。当日は満席でした。
コースはおまかせのみで、少量多品目コースで約25品でてきます。
平日のおまかせコース15,700円でした。2月から週末のコースが値上げしたみたいです。
平日1回転、週末2回転のコース一斉スタート。
コースのフカヒレにはトリュフ・蟹も追加できます。今回は追加しませんでした…
1品は小さいですが、色んな種類を食べれるのが良かったです。
お料理は飛びぬけてる感じではなく、
全体的にスパイスなどの癖もなく食べやすく安定したお料理のイメージ。
北京ダックはカダイフが入っていて美味しかったです。
系列中華と同じようなお料理が多いなという印象です。
味付けもわりとしっかり目なのもあってか、お腹いっぱいになりました。
ホール内に人が多いため、サービスは丁寧でした。
この日はお酒は飲まず、中国茶を飲んで18,000円ほどでした。
六本木で直前予約でき、この価格だったら使い勝手良さそうです。
