食べログBRONZEの受賞歴もある、六本木ヒルズ・レジデンス棟にあるイタリアン。せっかくの平日の休みってことで訪問。そして平日限定の3000円のコースをチョイス。どのメニューも味付けや食材が本格的で、味も絶品で、大満足。盛り付けもきれい。スペシャリティのトリュフと卵のオーブン焼きがまろやかな半熟の卵と香りのいいトリュフのハーモニーが最高で、特に印象的だった。パスタはオイルパスタになっていて、からすみやチーズがかかっていて、味わい深い一品だった。食材や味付けの融合（？）を感じるものが多くてめっちゃおいしかった！トリュフやカラスミ、多分人生初だったけど、おいしかった。

ソファーはティファニーブルーみたいなかんじで上品な店内。天気がよく、日差しが窓より差し込んでいていい感じ。優雅で上品なランチになった〜
