神田の雲林坊は太麺ですが、こちらは縮れ麺の細麺。肉味噌の味わい深さがパクチーにより、さらに引き立てられます。パクチー苦手の方にはもやしにも変更可。よく手がかかっていて、気持ちの伝わる味です。お店はこじんまりですが、メニューはフルにあって、昼でもカルトを受けてくれます。痺れ麺も用意されましたので、激辛にも対応。三回目で気が付きましたが、煮卵をトッピングするとそれが半熟なので、半分食べたらそれを混ぜ合わせると、さらにさらに美味。六本木四丁目のバス停近く、ちょっと目立たない佇まいなので、通り過ぎないように。器も美しく、店内もピシッとしています。
