Niboshi soy sauce ¥900 ~From the other day~ (for reference) This was my first visit. I was interested in the other dishes, but this was the first of Noodles on the menu on the music stand outside, and it was the only one written in red. When I went inside, it was in the top left corner of the ticket machine, so I ordered it obediently (?). From the appearance of the soup, you might imagine it to be quite niboshi-like, but it had a surprisingly gentle effect. It has no artificial flavorings and is low in oil, so it has a refreshing taste. The noodles are round and have a slightly chewy texture. The pork slices are thin and finely sliced chicken and pork. The thin bean sprouts added a nice texture. As I continued to eat, I felt that while the soup could be called basic, the overall impression was surprisingly a little creative.
